Marissa Coleman hit two more free throws to give the Terps a 78-75 lead. Maryland held true to its motto: "Overtime is our time!" The Terps finish the season with a 6-0 record in overtime games. Maryland tied USC in 1988 for the second largest deficit overcome in the national championship game.

Look I wasn't trying to say anything on my blog but let's face it, women's sports have no entertainment value whatsoever. You got the Golden Globe but not the Oscar.

Very good Golden Globe/Oscar analogy - its true, its no mens championship (by FAR) but hey, that game was damn exciting and I found myself suprisingly very into it and more excited than I have been for a mens game in awhile
