Juan, a truly significant basketball figure here because of what he helped accomplish at Maryland, signed with the Portland TailBlazers...I wish him all the best. Remember when Chad Pennington had that ridiculous statement where he thought it was an honor for people to be able to cover the Jets? Well, it was an honor for me to get to cover Juan Dixon, given what he's been through in his life and given what he's made of his life. In 25 years of writing about sports, he's one of my favorites...
